Governance Structure

Board Administration

According to Section 4 of the Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Cell Ordinance, the board carries out the purposes of the ordinance and holds full powers to make policies and set up committees or research institutions.

Subject to general policy and direction of the board, the powers of the board may be exercised by any officer or authority authorized in this behalf.
