
Kashmir Dispute Be Resolved According To Kashmiris’ Aspirations: AJK President
The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, has said that the Kashmir dispute needs to be resolved according to the aspirations of the Kashmiri people. Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry while talk-ing to a delegation of Occupied Kashmir Journalists Association (OKJA), an organization of journalists belonging to Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, at Kashmir House in Islamabad, said that on August 5, 2019, India not only abolished the special status of IIOJK but after that 4.5 million non-Kashmiris were issued domiciles of the territory. He said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying to impose a Hindu chief minister on the occupied terri-tory under the guise of delimitation and is demolish-ing the houses of Kashmiri people in the name of anti-encroachment campaign.

APHC Urges UN To Send Teams To Monitor Worst Situation In IIOJK
All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has urged United Nations to send their teams to Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) to monitor the worst situation which people of Jammu and Kashmir facing under Indian illegal occupation and its puppet regime. APHC leaders in their separate statements condemned continued killings of Kashmiris in the held territory. The said that Kashmir dispute is not a power politics; instead it pertains to the right to self-determination of the Kashmiri people.
Dead Body Of Youth Found In Kulgam Orchard
In IIOJK, A body of a youth was found under mysterious circumstances in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. The body of a 26-year-old Adil Ahmed Khan was found lying in an orchard in Guddar Herpora area of the district.The locals informed the local police station about the body, which was later taken to a nearby hospital for the completion of medico- legal formalities. Pertinently, Indian army and its terrorist militias like VDGs are usually behind such killings to create an atmosphere of fear in the territory. It is also reported that Adil might have been killed by the Indian forces’ personnel to portray him as the “killer” of a bank guard in Pulwama on Sunday in order to create communal disharmony in the territory and also defame the freedom struggle.

International Community should commit to end India’s use of sexual violence as a weapon of war in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), said experts in a roundtable debate in line of Kashmiri Women’s Resistance Day. Legal Forum for Kashmir (LFK) and Islamabad Institute of Conflict Resolutions (IICR) organized a roundtable debate titled Targeting Vulnerable Groups as a Weapon of War: India’s Abuse and Impunity in Kashmir. Every year on 23 February Kashmiris throughout the world along with the survivors of Kunan Poshpora mass rape in IIOJK organize acts of resistance, remembering, and contemplating in commemoration of the horrific rape and torture of women in twin villagers in district Kupwara, north of Kashmir.
Modi Regime Dismisses Three More Muslim Employees In IIOJK
The Modi-led fascist Indian regime on Sunday dismissed three more Muslim employees on the concocted charge of being involved in anti-India activities. According to Kashmir Media Service, Manzoor Ahmad Itoo, Junior Engineer (Public Works Department), Bandipore, Syed Saleem Andrabi, Orderly in Social Welfare Department, Handwara (Kupwara) and Mohammad Aurif Sheikh, Teacher in Government Middle School, Mahore, Reasi are the employees against whom action has been taken. The Modi regime took the action under Article 311 of the Indian Constitution to remove these empoyees from their services. Article 311 of the Constitution of India provides for dismissal of a person employed in civil capacities under Union or a State.
